All the stars aligned and none of us were nursing a new baby so this was the year for Girls Trip!
We chose the hot spot of Kansas City - mostly because of location. I have since determined that one of the underlying purposes is to find a lame city and make it awesome.
Anyhow, these fine ladies were fantastic company. We did lots of shopping, more than our share of eating (see the coveted Blue Bell below). We went to Liberty Jail, the Visitors Center in Independence, the Harry Truman Presidential Library, Hallmark Visitors Center, and the AMC Grand (saw The Impossible - which made us miss our respective families horribly).
It was a great trip. Thanks girls for the memories.
