Good-bye

Our friends, the deMiks, moved away and took these two cute girls with them.

We crammed in as many playdates as we could before they left and we will miss them all dearly!

Atleast we have another friend to see when we go to Utah!

Meetin Up with Sarah

Sarah and the kids came to Dallas for a few days so we headed up. 

First stop, LegoLand.  It's a mini one but it was still fun.

Second, Chick-fil-A.  It had to be done.

Celebrated Grants birthday with a pinata.

Mom Pals for Life

Many trips to the park.

Fed the ducks at Chisolm Park.

Great Wolf Lodge

Such fun.  So blessed to have them in our life!

two-da-loo

Abby also had a birthday last month.

She is two and a live-wire!

She loves to sing the Happy Birthday Song and got lots of practice this month with Grant and Brad also having a birthday.  We have been singing it a LOT!

My favorite "Abby thing" is that she calls Parker "Parpers" and Grant "Tanty" and Anna "Anna".

Parker is just glad she stopped calling him "Popeye" which was her previous name for him.

7 is heaven

Grant turned 7 a few weeks back! 

Here's his chocolate cake with caramel frosting, per his request.

He decorated it himself!

Grant is a real character and brings a lot of spunk to our home :)

Grant asked for a skateboard for his birthday and he has been riding it every chance he gets.  He also loves to go on bike rides with his dad (although that may be in part because of the included stop at QT).
